Once guests arrive:

• The chef cooks food in fresh batches — served at optimal temperature throughout the event
• Serving staff manage the buffet, plates, and adult service with gloved, professional care
• The Activity Facilitator runs 1–3 structured games, crafts, or activities to keep every child joyfully occupied for 90–180 minutes
• Your Event Lead (GLOW/RADIANCE) coordinates timing, music cues, and the birthday cake moment
